A Master of Ceremonies is much more than just a speaker with a microphone! My role is to guide your guests through the day, making sure everyone knows what’s happening and when. I bring energy, warmth, and professionalism while keeping your celebration on track, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy every moment.

We’ll begin with a relaxed and friendly consultation to explore your vision for the dayyour schedule, key moments, and all the personal touches that make your wedding uniquely yours.

 

With my background as both a Celebrant and experienced wedding planner, I bring a deeper understanding of how every element of your day fits together.

This means I don’t just follow a timeline, I help you shape it.

I’ll work closely with your venue and suppliers, including your photographer, videographer, DJ, and catering team, ensuring everyone is aligned and fully briefed.

 

Having planned and delivered weddings from start to finish, I naturally anticipate timing, logistics, and those small but crucial details that keep everything flowing effortlessly.

From announcements and guest coordination to supporting speeches and special moments, I’ll ensure every part of your day is thoughtfully prepared, so you can feel completely at ease.

Together, we’ll create a clear and flexible running order, mapping out everything from your grand entrance through to your first dance. And because of my Celebrant experience, I’m especially skilled at pacing meaningful moments, reading the atmosphere, and making sure nothing feels rushed or delayed.

On the Wedding Day

On the day itself, I become your calm, confident presence—bringing everything together seamlessly behind the scenes and in front of your guests.

With my Celebrant background, I’m completely comfortable speaking to and engaging a crowd, setting the tone with warmth, professionalism, and just the right amount of personality. From welcoming your guests as they arrive to guiding them through each part of the celebration, I ensure everyone feels included and looked after.

I’ll coordinate key moments such as

• Guest arrivals and pre-ceremony atmosphere

• The confetti shot and couple introductions

• Smooth transitions into speeches

• Announcements and guidance throughout the wedding breakfast

• Cake cutting and the lead-in to your evening celebrations

Because I also have wedding planning experience, I’m always one step ahead, quietly managing timings, checking in with suppliers, and adapting where needed. If something runs early, late, or needs adjusting, I handle it discreetly without disrupting your day.
